Rhaast form is very strong with Spirit Visage and just 1v9 2 tanks 1 mage 1 assassin and 1 adc with no problem without even popping GA. It would be awesome if I could get some answers or even maybe the balancing team to take a look into this item. Sorry didn't realize that the link got messed up when uploading it here is the clip.

Also. Easy tip to counter rhaast. Less Hp. More resistances.
The more hp you have, the more damage he deals (number wise, not %wise) the more damage he deals, the bigger his heals.
