Rhaast form is very strong with Spirit Visage and just 1v9 2 tanks 1 mage 1 assassin and 1 adc with no problem without even popping GA. so if i get this right you wanna see SV nerfed cuz rhaast is too good with it? if that's truly the case, maybe nerf rhaast?
Rhaast is strong like that even without spirit visage.

Also. Easy tip to counter rhaast. Less Hp. More resistances.
The more hp you have, the more damage he deals (number wise, not %wise) the more damage he deals, the bigger his heals.
