How to show WHICH button is set for WHICH item

Hello.

So quick question. How do I show WHAT button I have set my items to?

I already know how to say, make item 6 set as "T". However, I sometimes forget which button I set for which item (MB5 for item 5, "t" for item 6, etc) and may put the corresponding active item on the wrong item key. This is particularly annoying as I main support and have 4 actives most games (redemption, FOTM, Trinket, Sightstone)

I watch doublelift's games and under where it should be item 7, it says "T" instead for him. How come it doesn't do this for me?

His items go from 1-6 and then "T"

Mine only show numbers, even though I have set item 7 as "T" as well.
