Duo Q with my lower ELO friends lowers my MMR?

Gold 1 for example playing with my Silver 1 friend.

Thing is I like to duo because they are a lot better than Silver 1 + I play easier people + we have a pretty good win rate. Does this lower my MMR? But I win a lot more when I duo q.

Vice versa. I also sometimes duo with my Plat 3 friend. When we win, does that increase my MMR?

If you lose, you lose more mmr than if you lost in a soloq game If you win, you gain less mmr than if you won in a soloq game Because the elo is mid-low gold
