/remake, ELO HELL

Hey so today i played a ranked game once i've got in to the game there was tahm that typed in the beginning : DONT report me i go away. He left game, and there was solo jinx on bot lane she fed as hell and our jungler was bad too however i heard there is /remake tahm wasnt joining back so after 20 minutes i typed /remake however i still losed LB and there is question how can i get out of bronze when i get people like feeders,kids,afks, dumb people.. Any though,tips ? BTW im super pissed of.
