No HEXTECH CHEST AFTER S win

So before this game I have already earned three chests, and should have been eligible to earn one more. In the game I linked I received an S+ as Leona and my friend who I queued with earned an S- as Jhin. My friend got a chest (he also had 3 chests from the games we played together) but I did not get one. Could it be because I bought and opened one with RP? I didn't think this was the case because I thought you can only earn 4 a month, excluding purchasing them, but who knows. I feel a little cheated here haha, anyone know why i didn't get one or is this a bug?

It's a cooldown of one every 7 days to a max of 4. Meaning you can earn 52 chests instead of 48 (as there are 52 weeks a year). Check your summoner profile near the number of rerolls for ARAM and it will tell you how many you can still earn and when it comes off cooldown.
