Nami boots?

So i was thinking recently and realized something, there are very few champions who don't have some sort of legs right? So I was thinking why not give Nami a similar passive to the new cassiopeia, i think this would be really cool in that it gives multiple champions abilities that fit with themselves thematically and practically. I realize that this kind of takes away the uniqueness of cassiopeias passive, but i think it would create a more unique, almost class of champions in this way. Just a thought and was looking to see if others agree?
