Nautilus invisible hook from brush

So earlier I was playing a game in ranked and a player on the other team was able to send his q (his hook) as nautilus from the bot lane brush (both) and it was invisible, is this a known issue? (They were using warden nautilus)

i've seen it already a few times. The anchor appears once he throws it and then becomes invisible. Once it hits you it becomes visible again and it's f-ing annoying to play against nauts camping inside of the brush all the time. It also occurs on his classic skin.
