so I played Yi on Aram and found out something really ridiculous on him. His true damage. Why is Yi given true damage when he already has high AD, crits, and attack speed. He should not have true damage when he already has all that. That's just a really stupid think to give to a champ that deals crits left and right and is damn near impossible to get away from. It should be taken off of him.
I have a feeling you people haven't played as Yi before. At least against competent people. Once you have several games under your belt, you realize just how useless he can be.
Yes, he does a STUPID amount of damage, probably more than any other champion in terms of raw DPS. However, it only takes one stun and a team that's not totally brain dead and he's useless in literally every fight. Not only that, if he doesn't get ahead, his damage (which is all he really has to offer to a team) isn't high enough and he's virtually useless. This is why you never see him in games with experienced players.
Kinda needs a rework if anything. His damage and reward is too high for the risk he has.
I always thought Yi was the strongest Melee ADC until I 1v1'd a fiora late game and she 2 shot me cause that instant 2k true damage on top of huge AD damage
Yi is powerful when fed but.... his ganks are pretty bad due to no cc. He is just pure damage.
