Why do i need level 8 for flash and level 10 for ignite ? lol

Seriously, i always wondered. Would i fail to flash if im level 1 ? Would i ignite minions if im not level 10 ? wat ?

That's the most stupid thing i've ever heard. If someone who is level 7 plays against someone who is level 8 with flash it's clear who has an upper hand in that matchup. Not to mention that summoner spells that they gave us before level 8 are plain shit. New players would better understand what is flash for than what is exhaust for.

I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm saying why they do it. Same situation when someone who's level 12 goes against some level 18+. The level 18 can have a mastery like thunder lords which gives a huge damage increase

It forces people to play the game more so they can unlock things. Look at missions, they allow the players to unlock stuff through playing the game.
