Riot should buff Olaf's base stats

I know Olaf more than every other champion I was recently top 200 best Olaf in the world. It's not really that impressive but just to show you guys how well I know the champion (I don't play Olaf much anymore which is why I'm not 200 now :) ), so Olaf's identity is to basically be a big bruiser how can dive the enemy back-line, but when he is it's pretty rare he can survive that kind of play, and in late game and there pretty big possibility he wont even be able to blow anybody up at all. Now when I say buff his base stats I don't mean his offensive stats, I think Olaf is quite balanced in that area.

He is just too squishy and add to that he is easily kited (though that itself really isn't a problem) even If I build Olaf pure tank with just a hydra or something he can get blown up pretty damn quickly compared to any other bruiser, so I understand why Riot haven't done anything about Olaf for a while now probably since he was running rampant a few years ago being tanky while simultaneously being able to penta the enemy team, but buffing his defense stats wont do that it will just give him more viability in the late game and it's not like there aren't champions like Olaf who can do still do that cough cough...Irelia

Anyway It would be nice if Rito made some adjustments to him, Olaf seems to be the champion Riot doesn't ever like meddle with. Either that or a rework, which I would be 100% happy with.
