Two small Dark Harvest changes I think would make more sense for the rune

Hey guys, I've been toying around with the new rune system for my main champion and I feel like Dark Harvest is the best fit for my playstyle - but I think the rune could use just two small improvements that wouldn't really increase its power level because of the rarity with which these changes would occur:

  1. Epic monsters should grant more than two souls. I think this one is fairly obvious as to why it should happen - epic monsters are worth more for other, similar aspects of the game, and so few of them are killed throughout the course of the game. I think 6 souls is a far more fitting reward considering they're a little harder to take down than a Gromp.

  2. Kills you get from outside Dark Harvest's soul spawn range should still give you the soul of your target. Souls automatically fly to you when you are the target's killer. Frequently, I will snipe a person with a Nidalee spear, or they will slowly burn from red buff or smite. However, because they've walked just beyond the edge of the spawn range for souls, the soul doesn't spawn and doesn't fly to me. I don't think long-range champions should be penalized for using their abilities at their expected range.
