[gameplay] Kindred q doesn't always refresh vision in time to hit targets over walls

mabarry3 - Annoying kindred Q bug with vision refresh rates

While kindred is dashing over a wall with Q, the game still follows normal vision refresh rates for them. This means that, depending on the time you Q over the wall, you may or may not hit a target with your Q that is over the wall but obviously within your range, just because you didn't initially have vision (see video for example, I jump over the same wall multiple times and half the time i hit the targets as expected and the other half of the time i miss one or more). It's inconsistent and doesn't make any sense to even have mobility over walls if you don't always hit your targets as expected. It should really be changed to instantly give vision over the wall when you press Q, or allow it to hit non-stealthed targets at your ending Q location whether or not you have vision of them (so you can Q into a bush and hit targets as expected, or Q over walls and hit targets as expected).

I very much enjoy playing Kindred but this bug screws me out of kills and forces me to slow down my clear speed because i need to get vision of camps before I Q them so i dont have to "hope" to get lucky and have my Q hit. And using your W first for vision still slows you down because you have 8.5 seconds of W uptime but Q cooldown is 4 seconds, so you only have 0.5 seconds to get a third reduced-cooldown Q off, so if you wait for W to grant vision you lose the third empowered Q anyway...

Reproduction: just go into a game as Kindred and jump over a wall to hit a target you don't currently have vision of. Sometimes you will hit them, other times not.

Frequency: Every Kindred game you play, numerous times per game.
