What if Riot reworked Yasuo's ultimate?

Riot was thinking about a mini rework for him some time ago so I don't think it's too far-fetched. What if Yasuo had an actual ultimate that he could just use like everyone else? Yasuo's current ultimate should theoretically make him pretty niche and team-dependent but instead the rest of his kit is pretty strong and if he happens to get his ult off then he's just even better.

If he had a more normal ultimate Riot could take some power out of the rest of his kit and put it there, making him overall more predictable and weaker early with the added benefit of not having to be busted to be generally pickable. Sounds like a good idea, no?
