About time Lissandra needs some love

I'll just get straight to the point; I'm sure everyone can agree lissandra's passive can be considered well over useless once passed the early laning phase. Any Lissandra players know the feeling when they feel so reliant on the passives cooldown that you feel the urge to play passively and feel as if your passive helps you in no way to snowball, or even with its fairly long cooldown, to cs. I believe that Lissandra's passive should be reworked along the lines of increased damage on targets who are effected by some form of cc, just anything other than her current passive, overshadowed by any other champions'. This isn't just me, right?

She's...just not my style. Her play style requires her to get too close to the action while being really squishy. Buying a RoA on her will only destroy any hope of a mid game because her AP ratio's are just so bad and her base values are mediocre. If they want her to be a tanky mage they're going to have to up her base values so we aren't punished for building a "much" needed RoA on her. AND THEN to add insult to injury, her highest damaging skill (250+ 60% AP) is her mobility spell that moves really slow and literally shows you where it's going to go. IF you stand there and take it you're a moron.

If you do build her as a burst caster, she'll blow up as soon as that zhonyas is over and her AoE burst isn't good enough. Furthermore, her ult stun is only good for organized teams because lord knows that no one will ever focus your target.

She's got tons of CC but honestly, it's not enough to make me want to play her. Morgana does the whole close ranged AoE utlity team fight mage spiel better imo.

They said they were working on a black ice passive , than they throw it away , guess making a new Ahri skin is more important than a Lissandra passive

One more thing, please not feel that I am being hostile, I just feel very strongly about the topic, and I also believe she has faded away compared to other champions by the lack of attention she has recieved over this passive. This is just my opinion. Thanks.

That passive has always been so odd on Lissandra. Out of all the mages, she's the one who got it.

As Lissandra you aren't going to find too many cases where it's needed. Mana and cooldown management is quite easy to do on Lissandra because she's not a dueling champion. Late game it really serves no purpose what so ever. I think Riot should rework it immediately. I'm surprised they didn't do it when they changed her ult recently

They reworked Zilean's passive, so here's to hoping they take a look at Lissandra's soon.

As A Lissandra Main, She's not built for 1v1s. Her passive, on any other mage, would help any other mage poke. So then they put this passive on . The mage with a whole dam lot of very strong engage, and also the mage without poke. Her passive is good for her early game as she can poke at top lane against melee champions using her Q through minions, but late game the passive becomes irrelevant, and you never benefit from it, and you never remember about it, its an early game passive, no no one pays any attention to it its just stayed, I don't think its that bad, because it has significant early game power, and then it is gradually lost over time until its useless, which is the part I don't like about it.

ive mained her since she came out i agree she does need a buff her ult heal was a buff in the right direction but against champions like Azir Viktor Ahri who can out range or damage her a lot of the time and sometimes both i wish riot would take notice

2 things I would to see happen with Lissandra. 1, have a passive that is actually useful, and 2, not have a 0.4 delay on her ult.
