i have uninstalled a bunch of programs and i am using windows 7. League is something i even uninstalled a little while back due to some files being corrupted and it did not say that in the slightest. That is a message that comes when you are installing something or launching something for the first time not when you are uninstalling something since it makes no sense for it to say it's configuring the thing you are getting rid of.

Have you ever uninstalled a program? Most programs have that basic message "Please wait while windows configures x" before uninstalling, Idk maybe I just deal with that more since I build/clean up pc's for side money.

yeah but no. Never in my entire life have i seen that from uninstalling ANYTHING and i uninstall a bunch of thing from this PC
