Why Unsealed Spellbook when the majority of the players use Kleptomancy in Inspiration...
Unsealed is pretty much only good for ARAM.
Here's how it should go
[Inspiration] Kleptomancy (Change 1) Biscuit Delivery Future's Market Cosmic Insight
[Resolve] Unflinching (Change 2) Iron Skin
It's probably not perfect, so reply to this with some edits I should make, but Unsealed Spellbook, in my opinion, isn't good for a Preset.
Chembaron Yamada2 votesFor the preset rune pages, they were chosing the keystones which make the most sense for the majority of champions.
Kleptomancy is usually strong on champions with AA reset and AA enhancing abilities.
There is a huge difference in performance with that keystone depending on the champion you are playing. Unsealed Spellbook on the other hand pretty much gives the same benefit for every champion in the game. The difference is way smaller here and every champion is able to make effective use of it.
That's why they have chosen it over Kleptomancy.

I can keep going on and on and on. As for unsealed, I hardly see anyone using it. It's usually best in ARAM, and otherwise, aftershock or electrocute are the best.
Chembaron Yamada2 votesLook for example at Aatrox using his ultimate + AA. Do you really think he comes even close to the same efficiency as Gangplank or Ezreal throwing Qs at you every few seconds?
The keystone highly depends on match ups as well. If you are playing a melee champion into a ranged one, you will probably proc it way less than in a melee vs melee match up.
The keystone just isn't constant in performance like Unsealed Spellbook. Anyway, if you don't want to take Unsealed Spellbook, you can just make your own rune page with Kleptomancy. So why even bother?

It should be a custom, because Kleptomancy is used for many champions (TF, ezreal, etc.)
Timethief491 votesHavent seen a single tf use clepto. THe only champs i know that use it are top jax, illaoi ez, gankplank. If those champs arent in the game you wont see klepto, however spellbook is used on basicly all adcs/supps on half of the midlaners and some junglers.
