New runes - Bandit?

Maybe it's just me, but i didnt see any rune for preseason like the Bandit mastery we have. Will supports be even poorer or will there be one implemented for this?

I'm not as concerned about that as I am that they just FRICKIN NERF Marksmen already, they literally have never had a bad meta.

the third keystone for inspiration will be like bandit, kind of.
