I'm stuck in low bronze just because i can't 1v5 with a team of no-brainers. Can't Riot just make ranked so that they evaluate your real skill level, and not how well you can carry a bad team?

Stop playing support. Try playing a role that allows you to actually carry bad teammates (mid/jg).

That's what the current system does. It measures your personal performance by seeing how far from 50% winrate you are, and moving you up or down accordingly. The problem is that most people don't understand in that statistics when there is only one constant then the net value of a large number of observations will be the solely influenced by that single constant (in this case, the player being evaluated). So yeah, the outcome of a single game can't be pinned down on any player in particular, but the aggregated outcome of a series of several games CAN be pinned down to the one player that's been a constant throughout.

If you are a neutral factor in your games then over several games your winrate will be 50% since you're neither contributing positively nor negatively. You don't actually have to carry (that is, be the SOLE responsible for a victory), just be an overall positive influence as opposed to neutral or negative. If you contribute positively, however small, then the net bias will be positive and your winrate on that series will be above 50%, meaning you'll be climbing the ranks. That will continue until you reach your actual level and plateau at 50% w/r, because at your own skill level you will theoretically be a neutral factor.

So statistically speaking there is no way that you are beneath your skill level and still have less than 50% winrate (over a long series of games). The only problem with this is if you duo with other people, because then you won't be the only constant anymore.
