I said in chat: "Hey Rammus since u made me lose my lane maybe help me win it" i got chat restricted and reported. i wasn't toxic or anything i was just honest.

That's probably not what resulted in your chat restriction. Punishments are usually the result of many games of negative behavior anyway. Do you have your reform card?
