I think that ultimate should have a free reset after a kill or give her stacks that charge up every - seconds. i think this is good for her because more than half the time her ult gets blocked by the tank or they get out of the range of the ult. i think that this will make her a lot stronger.

Sounds nice, but they're already buffing her Ult with 50% Armor Pen.

lol Caitlyn needs no buffs whatsoever. Even the ones in the PBE are unnecessary.

If the changes at the PBE are implemented, I give it at most 1 month before she gets nerfed.
