No Specific rules just be nice and respectful to each other
In My Opinion i think 
is the best support because of her passive which lets her stun. this is very good because if the enemy team
is grouped up it is easy to place down a 3-5 man tibbers stun. more than half the time the entire enemy team dies. can also shut down fed champions easily when they get greedy.
. The only thing he lacks is a heal. He makes picks. He peels. He saves people. He looks awesome. He locks down targets and can tower dive. He can build tanky, AD or AP and be relevant. He's been strong as hell since release despite multiple nerfs... and unlike most OP champs he's just too damned cool for people to hate on him.
Oh also I feel I need to make the obligatory 100% Wifesteal joke.
Pillar
by far has the highest winrate. She has literally everything you could want in a support. Shame she's so squishy.
I'd say since Annie's AA nerf she's dropped very far down in the list of good supports.
Blitzcrank. I went from Bronze 3 to Silver 4 in less than 70 games playing Blitzcrank support.
Thresh, Soraka, Leona, Sona
Alistar, Blitz, Janna, and Lulu are up there but have some easily exploitable weaknesses.
Brand. Because he isn't really a good support, but you can roll him as one and you don't have to wait forever for a game in Team Builder.

I dont think she's the best, per se, but she is my true support main through and through. People forget how much of an asset she becomes if she plays as an AP support. I buy the necessary support items, but then I go for as much AP/damage as I can (I usually buy lich bane and rabadon's towards the latter half of the game).
