Riot what is wrong with draft pick? Haven't had a single Queue pop in over 60 minutes

I've reset over 10 Times, every time the Queue hits 5 minutes, or you know ONE MINUTE AFTER YOUR ESTIMATED POP TIME.

Where the fuck is everyone? I would like to play something that isn't fucking ARAM or Blind Pick, you know something that isn't complete RNG.
