Current wait for Draft Pick: One Hour 34 Minutes and climbing, 20+ Queue resets and climbing

Still waiting on a response Riot, what the fuck is wrong with your game?

Never had an issue getting matches all this time and yet all of a sudden not a single person is playing in draft? That can't be right because the estimation keeps fluctuating between 4-5 minutes so someone has to be on right now. I've logged out and restarted League entirely, still nothing out there. Aram gets matches, bots get matches, I'm not going to touch the clusterfuck that is Blind-Pick.

What the fuck is up?
