Losing LP Because A Teammate AFK's, Feeds and AFK's, or Intentionally Feeds Really Is not Okay!

I know you do a lot to make gameplay "Fair and Balanced", but in order to adhere to that policy, something needs to be changed. When playing ranked, there is nothing more infuriating then having a teammate AFK, intentionally feed, or both. That is not ruins the game for me though. I don't think it's fair that the rest of the team loses LP just because that player disconnects. When you queue up in solo/duo, you cannot control which players are assigned to your team. There is no way to ensure that those players will play the game, and do their best to win. I could understand being penalized if someone in your pre-made party disconnected, or fed intentionally, but for those who had no control,being penalized is not "Fair and Balanced". I have played more matches in ranked where people rage quit or fed intentionally then I have played normal matches this ranked season (2017). I know I am not the only one who feels this way either.
I have a few suggestions on how to fix this.

No one gets any LP and No one Loses any LP if someone AFK's, and that team is allowed a two minute surrender window 2.5 to 3 min after the disconnect.

Give the winning team LP, maybe not full LP, but some, and have the losing team lose none, or a few LP. They still have the option of the aforementioned surrender window.

No matter what, the player that disconnects loses the normal amount of LP associated with that match, and maybe even more.
Whether or not you (Riot) decide to implement one or any of these suggestions, the League of Legends Community deserves an answer for why they are penalized when one random player decides to AFK during a ranked match.
