[General Thought] Anivia Gameplay

I know that Anivia is squishy and she should be focused on, it's hard when they have hard engage bruisers/tanks. Her kit does so much damage for some reason. First, she pops her iceball. Stuns. Glacial Storm. Frosted. Then E while frosted.** Double damage**. That alone does a lot of damage, especially when she has the items she needs. That is if I remember correctly on how her kit works. If her E does double damage, why not instead have it at just 50% more damage from her base plus her ap ratio? It's ridiculous because weeks earlier, I've ran into another Anivia and she has hit ALL of her iceballs, and doing the SAME combo over and over again. She wasn't even scared of dying and came right up to my teammates' faces and did her combo. The combo I aforementioned is used in succession repeatedly. Then I remembered that scripting was an issue. If I didn't know about better, I'd say that she was scripting.

What do you guys think? She isn't played a lot whenever I play League, but when she is played, ohmahhlawwwd.

Her kit has so much damage compared to who? LeBlanc has a total 210% Ap ratio without hitting either the second part of her Q or E damage an using only one part of either Q or E on her ult. Full combo hits for 360% Ap with full combo hitting both parts of Q and E and pocking both parts of Ult Q. Anivia's Q E combo does 150% Ap with the double damage from frosted. In order to hit the same amount of damage Anivia has to keep her ult on the target for at least 8 seconds. The total cool down of LeBlanc's combo is 48 seconds total, while Anivia's has a total of 19 seconds, much less. LeBlanc's total mana costs for her full combo is 270 Mana while Anivia's is 285 + 60 every additional second of her ult. So to get the same damage as LeBlanc, Anivia needs to spend 420 more or, 705 mana total. Now don't think of this an a evaluation of who is "OP" and who is not. What I have just written does not account for CC or survivability or anything else.
