Memes aside I hate what riot does to ryze and azir (and to the whole game in general) because of the pro play. Will ryze be nerfed until he is bad at both pro play and solo queue? Is that what you want? I know this isn't really a solution (and should never be) but you might consider having different patches for champions between pro play and solo que. I know those are problematic champions to balance because of how they can be abused but there as to be something that can be done than nerfing them to the ground. The list of champs go on (just like galio for example) but these are the most 'popular' for being nerfed by being popular by the pros
