Fizz is in a interesting spot. He currently has a 16/14/12/10/8 cooldown on playful/trickster. With max cdr he could be untargetable every 4.8 seconds. I propose we make it so its cooldown is 20/18/16/14/12 because I personally feel he gets on such a low cooldown he can practically use it, use zhoynas then use it again. In order to compensate for this the mana cost could be lowered from 90/100/110/120/130 to 70/80/90/100/110. Also, i think the range on his ult should be decreased from 1275 to 800. Also, the slow should be changed to 40%/55%/70%.

Stop trying to buff his damage.

Fizz needs to have the AD ratio on his Q removed and make it scale with AP entirely. Additionally, Trickster should not deal damage.

He is already one of the, if not, most overpowered mid lane champion in this game. He doesn't need to be compensated when the nerf hammer comes.

I think you misunderstood, playful still does AOE damage and all, trickster (second cast) does not.

Also, his Q will be compensated for being AP only with high base damage like his E.
