Ranked Restrictions

Well I recently got a ranked restriction for 23 normal draft wins. The purpose of this "punishment" is to help form me into a "better player" for the community. Because there are so many nice players it's hard to imagine how toxic you have to be to get one of these. I wish I was like the majority of league players who are nice and never flame or abuse their teammates in chat. So this punishment is really good right. Ranked has more pressure cause LP is on the line, so people more likely to get frustrated when they have bad teammates and flame. So let's block them from ranked and let them get it back after they win a certain number of normal draft games. Normal draft is exactly the same as ranked but a slightly different group of people play it and it's not for LP so it doesn't really matter who wins, but oh wait now it does. The same pressure in ranked is now on these players in normal games, the pressure to win because something is at stake. Also the amount of games had to be won is ridiculous. if you win 50% of your games. You might have to play like 50 games or over 24 hours on the game to get ranked back. That's an entire day of your life wasted in normals trying to get ranked back. Riot please remove this punishment, you can think of something better.
