Does anyone else think that Mordekaiser is disgustingly broken right now?

Everyone is first-picking Morde, because they know he's extremely strong/over powered right now. And i believe that it has always been like that. Everytime Riot releases new champs/reworks of champions they tend to be pretty insane? I mean isnt the things being tested and fixed on the PBE server? He's overall damage and shields make him a mid-lategame beast. He has a good portion of health, AoE, shields/healing & high damage.. It's not really fair imo and he DEFINITELY needs nerfs in my opinion.. I saw a first time Mordekaiser and he had never played him before and he went 14/3, he completely annihilated the enemy team. They could barely do anything..

What im trying to say is that it's weird how the champs arent being tested and worked on before they get released? It feels like Riot is rushing to release new content and i dont feel that League needs new content 24/7... They need to fix their game first of all, IN MY OPINION.

You would be surprised. During testing phase at RiotHQ, his passive used to be flat 10% maxHP per second at all levels, he got a hotfix nerf on release and is currently losing roughly 1% winrate per level

Honestly, Morde is in a good spot right know, people just don't know how to play against him. There are so many ways to counter Morde.

Just give him a week or a few months, learn his weaknesses and THEN call him broken. Every time a new champion is released or an old one is reworked people called them "OP" before giving them time to "age" or without learning the champion. Believe me they are more outrageous champions that him.
