How/when do i get my honor level back?

Howdy, i was recently suspended for 14 days and i just returned 2 days ago to enjoy the new season. I got suspended for having some fun with some friends and i was evidently suspended for typing some dumb beep because we had been drinking...

So i was wondering when you're able to regain honor levels? I was honor level 4 prior to the incident, and i do feel kinda bad for acting like an asshole. But it was all in great fun, but i guess the other players didnt see it that way.

If you have any idea when i'd be able to regain honor levels then please let me know :)
