Is it just me, or are the current generation of junglers clueless beyond help?

I remember a time when junglers used to actually jungle, and take the time to improve at their role.

Now though, the junglers I come across on either team throw games away at their leisure and are do not give two hoots about feeding their asses off instead of trying to actually influence the game through ganks or objectives.

This is nothing more than a generation of feeding shithead junglers and I'd be blessed to find an actual competent jungler every once in a while.
