Did I miss something during the patch notes? I've seen lucians start to go tanky, get yommus and black cleaver, with hardly any cs% and still do massive damage. He seems to be the main ADC carry getting fed lately.

fullbacks631 voteshow is it 30%? Black cleaver is 5% and yommus is 20%, unless he gets a last whisper based item the other armor pens are about + 10 each. Does lucian have base armor penetration?

I think this is approximately 300+ base armor, with quite about a health almost 1500+ health. And without crit strike and all lucians penetration it still leaves me with 200 armor which is ~50-60% reduction of damage taken. I have frozen heart so I am cutting his attack speed by 10%, I have alot of health, he has no CS%. And... his approximately 300-400 attack damage is cut to only 200 on me if I am correct?
Friendly Ram1 votesyes thats correct. but against other adcs and mages he wrecks them very fast. he'll probally juke around nasus and use his ult to get a good chunk of your health and fully stack bc.

They have a new build out for him now that really enhances his Abilities at the expense of his Auto Attacks... gives him way more burst at the expense of his Sustained Damage... but then those guys are Mechanical Freaks (because they train to be Mechanical Freaks) so they squeeze the most out of it.
It works really well if one is skilled enough to pull it off. If not, you'll need to just do "Regular Auto Attack Lucian" and use the Abilities into Team Fights or Locked Down (Hard CC) Champions that were set up for you.
He's always been popular, ever since he went on that rampage when Thresh stole his wife's Soul.
fullbacks631 votesYes! and I do not understand the purpose of yommus besides escape. If his abilities scale on total AD, he can easily augment his AD with strong damage items that do damage and CS%. An example build of this would be

. This build still gives him 50% armor penetration on ANYONE, and roughly 300 Attack damage with 40% crit strike percentage which isnt bad at all.

The last item is up to him, he could use anything but based on that, I think its safest to take 
. The tankyness and 25% additional AD is equiv to another item, plus the shield is great.
