New Ezreal is just, not as strong as he should be.

Title, he's much more fun to play in my opinion don't get me wrong, but i feel like i'm doing much much less damage overall. His new W is awesome, and does tons of damage, but that's about it where i feel like i'm doing any damage at all. Ezreal's win rate is currently the lowest win rate of any ADC in the game right now, at 46%. He can't snowball enough, and his early game damage is sub par. I really think he needs some buffs all around to his auto attack damage, and definitely his E. I'm very surprised his win rate has gone down so much. I've lost many more games since his rework than before, and i'm a mastery 6, (that doesn't say much since i'm only Silver, but still) you get my point hopefully, i play him quite a bit.
