So are the Shen buffs for the health and armor all he is getting?

The current state of Shen is a little said since his base stats are somewhat poor even though he was buffed a little last patch I just hope Riot does even more. Make the W does something else like lower cooldown for blocking autos, or making the shield or Q better for dealing with tanks or giving it a base damage on champs.

I think they're trying to be cautious due to all the mastery and item changes. I don't think they're done looking at him.

It took them months to get poppy to around a 50% winrate. I bet they will do the same with shen.
