Let us fix runes in champ select.

I don't know how many times I picked Leblanc and my ap runes were set for the jungle and I would have lots of time to change in champ select during the draft but I can't I'm stuck with those runes. Please make it were I can go to the rune page and change it or make it like masteries.

Then there would be no purpose in buying rune pages, and exorbitant rune/rune page prices drives real world transactions. It gates your pick diversity by limiting your set-ups until you grind out several pages, and it's fully intentional.

In other words, $$$.

I mean let me edit the pages I already have in champ select.

Same thing. If that were allowed, you'd only need one Rune page. Having different rune pages is part of the strategy.
