Revert Nasus E back to flat pen and reduce mana cost

As a Nasus main, I actually don't think that's the issue. a flat 35 vs 35% is actually in Nasus' favor if the opponent is stacking armor items. If they have more than 100 armor, then that change is already giving you more armor pen than you had before. It was changed to this specifically to deal with opponent tanks

I know people like to use E as harass, but those people end up running out of mana a lot. I'm in the play style where I use E as little as possible early on so I can focus on farming my Q and having enough mana to safely whither them if I want things a little safer. The way I play, I don't really end up feeling that change much.

also, if they reduce the mana cost, they'd have to nerf the power of something else... and whiter already got a nerf back in S3 or $ when its atk spd reduction was halved and then again when irts range was shortened. Nasus is one of those champs that they cant mess with too much or else he's way too strong or way too weak... and i don't think he's weak (in the right hands) by any means.

I am working with Angormus (the only Nasus one trick to get Master two seasons in a row on NA) on all the Nasus nerfs. He also is considering what changes need to be made to his kit to help him and is going to probably propose a list of potential changes.

I mentioned your posts and he thinks the E is perfectly fine and what needs to change is other elements to his kit. The changes could be minor or a slight mini-rework.

I never thought changing or altering the shred would sufficiently change how he played. He needs other changes.
