Let´s not replace an unhealthy rune with an ancient, albeit reworked one that´s at least twice as unhealthy.

Fervor of battle is the old version of Press The Attack
They need to make Conqueror not give true damage for crits and then perhaps buff it overall so it's viable on more champions, like marksmen
Or give PTA lifesteal to make it viable, instead of just increasing the damage numbers until lucian 3 shots you lvl 2
Honestly runes are a mess and impossible to balance. Delete them and balance the champs properly
Why not just add Battle of Fervor instead of replacing.

I used to not care about this rune until I saw how absolutely absurd it is when paired with IE. Yasuo literally shreds tanks in a few autos, but also shreds carries in that same amount of autos, Randuins and Tabi don't save you either, tried that even with a thornmail and gauntlet. No amount of armor or DR will save you from his damage. I think we should actually remove conqueror in its current state and give something that doesn't do true damage.
fervor of battle would make
