Hey guys, with preseason out, im wondering what keystone you think fits well with vladamir. Ive checked runeforge.gg and it says that phase rush is good but ive tried out electrocute and i feel like its better. Just wondering what u lads think about it

Try out Aery or Unsealed Spellbook from inspiration to get summoners cooldown lower. You also get the chance to go ignite first and then have the ability to switch to tp or ghost depending on situation. Also inspiration gives you 20% potion and elixir duration.
