Ranked problems

Hey guys, right now, ive been losing a lot of lp recently due to ppl just randomly afking. Like our team could be ahead by 2 towers and 3k gold, but suddenly a player leaves the match for rage quiting. This quickly goes downhill for our team and we lose thanks to a played afking. I feel like it would be good if the player that afks, loses lp instead of the team since they were all doing good, but a random guy disconnects and goes downhill. Please take this into note.
