Anivias passive feels VERY bad to play against, and when in lane, she literally cannot feed in lane unless she is inting, she cant die to ignite because she gets to full hp when she dies. Grevious wounds would be essentially a counter to such a bullshit passive, so u can buy it early and FINALLY put anivia players behind.

and anivia gets reduced resistances when she turns into an egg so unless your both level 3 and you used everything to kill her then you should be able to kill her egg in a few seconds
