Why Not Show Boarders For other team?

Pokemonred2001 votesNot showing border or mastery in loading screen was supposedly done so that people don't get psyched out and think they'll lose when they're playing a champion they don't play often and find out the enemy is potentially better than them (Example: In Normal Draft Pick, a first time 
in Gold gets into loading screen and finds out the enemy 
is diamond with Mastery 7).
Granted, we have websites and apps that go around this anyway now. I feel like it should be a toggle-able setting if anything.
