3s Ranked Matchmaking needs adjusted

As someone in Gold for it, MMR flails wildly between getting put against plats or grouped with bronze and then when you get a flamer/int player who you report/block/mute, odds are, unless you wait over 10 minutes, you'll get them again. I see the same players SO much and they keep going on my team, I shouldnt have to wait 15 minutes just to re-queue and hope I dont get placed with int/flamers again...

I know 3s doesnt get much love from Riot but they could do some work on it at least so its not a miserable experience

Its not even a Queue time issue, I find queues way faster in 3s than I do for 5s but yet it feels like its just slapped together in comparison with match you with proper ranks
