Quicksilver Sash options

Ok so Quicksilver Sash (costs 1250 has +30 MR and Unique Active-Quicksilver: Removes all debuffs (90 sec cooldown)) builds into Mercurial Scimitar an AD/MR item. Why isn't there one for AP casters? QSS is a great item and should have more options for what it builds into.

The day we get an AP item for item 3140 is the same day we'll have an AD item for item 3191 .
