New Champion Idea

I have an idea for a new Champion if anyone from Riot would like to hear it I just don't know who I'd go about messaging or talking to about this new idea. Can someone please tell me how i should go about submitting it?

Work it out and toss it up on the Skins & Champion Concepts board. Check out other peoples' ideas for tips on good formatting. Some people put them up on Reddit too, I think.
