Can you balance support champions so Morgana doesn't have to be pick or ban?

Right now Morgana is pick or ban as a support because several of the aggressive support picks bot lane are overpowered. This is partially because of the early game weakness of adc, the early game effectiveness of a few adcs, and the nerfing of enchanters.

Morgana is a pick or ban because champions like Pyke, Rakan, Thresh, Blitzcrank, and Alistar are all extremely powerful in a meta where CC = you're dead. Since you nerfed enchanters and healers into oblivion the only remaining anti aggressive supports you can pick are Morgana and Nami. Everything else is just not that great. Zyra is also fairly good against some match ups, but you can definitely end up hard feeding if you fuck up.

A lot of people say black shield is overpowered. No. It simply shouldn't be the case that landing CC = you're instantly dead. Especially since the ability to chain CC as a support is the hallmark of every single champion I listed.

Pyke- Ridiculous mobility, a regen, tons of cc, a kill secure, and stealth. How is this not broken?

Thresh- A hook, an aoe slow ult, a knock up, the ability to save any teammate from death with his lantern. How is this not broken?

Yet Morgana is banned because she provides some counter play to these champions. I know counter play isn't allowed in season 8, but it would be nice to have.

Back in the day damage was low enough that being hooked wasn't instant death. Now it's not. It shouldn't be the case that one hook from any of the above champions instantly kills the adc.

I would like to be able to play my champion again, but bot lane is still so fucked up that she's basically the only thing stopping ridiculous kills lanes.

Can we please get some CC nerfs? Can we nerf some of the early game adc damage on people like Jhin, Lucian (you just buffed him wtf?), and Draven?

Can we get some buffs to enchanters?

I'm more impressed by Lulu play than I am Pyke play. Lulu isn't an overloaded champion. Yet Pyke is allowed to have multiple dashes, a regen, a stealth, a hook, and a slow? Pyke has enough abilities to be two separate champions! Jesus.

I know a lot of people thought Janna was annoying because she saved people from death, but I think it's far more annoying to watch a Pyke or a Rakan basically intentionally feed, get a kill, and still manage to live because they have 400 get out of jail free cards and mountains of cc.

Is anyone else sick of this support meta? Honestly, the amount of CC that has been added to champions this year borders on absurd. Black shield is almost required to even play the game. If you aren't going to nerf CC then you need to add more champions with a blackshield-like effect.
