Can you earn box in ranked with free to play support champion?

Can't use free champs in ranked.

It's stuff like this that really makes me lack empathy for people who won't "support".

As long as you own the champion, you can get the boxes.

So if you play janna, who is on free week, but you don't own janna, you won't get a box. if she is on free week, but you own her, you can get a box.

(you are referring to hextech boxes,right?)
