Make sight stone free with 0 hp, and allow only 1 person on team to have one, people who have sightstone will not get gold for kills instead the gold will be split to team. Saving supports a good chunk of gold. Also could change it so it only gives 1 ward at lvl 1 then increases as you lvl, like lvl 1-4 1 ward. 5-8 2 wards 9+ 3wards, so you do not have too many wards at start. Saving supports good amount of gold, since the lack of gold is what makes supports boring to play.
