Confirmed Yorick skin and/or guaranteed Gemstones from accomplishing upcoming "quests"?

Anyone know if either is true? I've been trying to find an excuse to play again and I was wondering if both of these rumors were confirmed or it's just people jumping the gun and saying things just for the sake of saying things.
