Hi riot hopefully you guys read this. I found a bug regarding unsealed spellbook.

If you begin the game with the ability smite, you can build into the jungling items. This is extremely broken with cinderhulk. Champions like Mundo and Maokai benefit from this entirely too much in laning phase.

I dont know if it is working as intended, but you can then change out your smite and still gain the ability of the jungling item. For example, if you use the item that provides wards along with the cunderhulk effects then exchange smite for a different summoner ability, you get to keep the jungling items passive ability along with extra wards.

Although it looks like a bug, for now it's intended that as long as you begin the game with smite you're able to buy the upgrades. Though any smite other than green will be pretty useless since the active is tied to the summoner spell...

It is actually pretty game breaking. Giving a tank cinderhulk that is fighting in lane the entire game has to be a bug.
