@ riot. Turn down the initial mmr an account starts at when it first hits 30 please.

Alot of people are complaining about bad players. I've noticed some of them are just new players playing with people with hundreds of ranked games because they hit level 30 and are placed in gold some how. I think it would be best for the team to look at where new players are averaging and adjust the starting mmr for new accounts.
